After your order is successfully placed, please allow 1 business day for processing before your posters are shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
3. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected shipping method, order weight, and destination. You'll see the accurate shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment's progress.
5. Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
6. Delivery Attempts:
Our shipping partners will attempt delivery to your provided address. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, they may leave a delivery attempt notice. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the instructions on the notice to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from a designated location.
7. Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other issues, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
